1. A Complete Specification
If you already know the parameters of your screen, send them in any format — email text, a photo of the spec sheet or your purchase record.
Share the information you have — a drawing, a sample or the parameters of your current screen. Eric will review it, clarify the required parameters with you and coordinate the custom order with the production team.
Fill in what you have — partial information is enough to start. The more parameters you provide, the more precise our reply. Fields marked * are required.

Aperture and panel size alone are enough to start a conversation. Wire diameter, opening type and edge details are confirmed in the review.
Send the old screen itself or a section of it, with photos. Key parameters are measured on receipt and confirmed with you before production.
What happens after your inquiry — five defined steps, with the specification confirmed before anything is produced.
Send your drawing, sample or existing screen parameters by email or WhatsApp.
Key parameters and manufacturing requirements are confirmed with you.
Discuss a sample or trial order before committing to repeat orders.
Produce to the confirmed specification and inspect key parameters.
Coordinate packing, shipment and future replacement support.
There is no obligation at the specification review stage — the first step is confirming that your requirement is understood correctly.
Your inquiry goes to the person who coordinates specifications and production — not a general inbox queue. Include your screen parameters, or simply describe the screen you need to replace.
The email button opens a pre-filled template — fill in the parameters you know and attach your drawing or photos.
