Choose the Supply Form That Fits Your Installation

Each form is produced to the required aperture, wire diameter, dimensions and material — then confirmed with you before production.

Finished woven wire screen panels

Woven Screen Panels

A panel that no longer separates cleanly costs twice: accuracy before change-out, downtime during it. Panels are produced to the opening, wire diameter, panel size and material you specify, so the replacement matches your deck instead of being adapted to it.

  • Wire diameter, aperture, width × length and edge confirmed before production
  • 65Mn spring steel, stainless steel or carbon steel, chosen for your operating condition
  • Single panels or a full deck set in one order

For: screening media suppliers · quarry & mining operators · equipment dealers

Woven wire screen rolls ready for supply

Woven Screen Rolls

If you cut and edge screens in your own workshop, buying finished panels means paying for work you already do. Rolls are supplied to your confirmed weave, aperture and wire diameter, leaving the cutting and edging under your control.

  • Woven to your aperture and wire diameter, supplied in roll form
  • Material selected for your screening condition
  • Suits distributors and workshops that finish screens in-house

Custom hook and edge configuration on woven screens

Hooked & Edged Screens

On a replacement screen, the hook and edge decide whether installation is a ten-minute job or a re-work session. Edges are processed to the configuration of the screen you are replacing — hook depth, edge type and fixing method included.

  • Hook and edge processed to your existing screen's configuration
  • Confirmed from a drawing, a sample or measurements of the old screen
  • Produced together with the weave, so fit and aperture are one specification

For: quarry & mining operators · crushing & screening dealers · replacement parts suppliers

How to order

Three Ways to Define Your Screen

You do not need a complete technical drawing to start. Any of these three starting points is enough for a specification review.

From a Drawing

Send your screen drawing with marked dimensions. We review material, wire diameter, aperture, opening type and edge configuration against it.

From a Sample

Send the existing screen or a section of it. Key parameters are measured and confirmed with you before quotation and production.

From an Existing Specification

Send the parameters of your current screen — material, wire, aperture, width × length, opening and hook / edge — for direct matching.

Before you order

Three Things Buyers Confirm Before Placing an Order

These are the questions that decide whether a replacement screen works on your deck — answered before production, not after delivery.

01 / APPLICATION FIT

Will it fit my equipment?

Screens are made for vibrating screening equipment. Tell us the material you screen, the deck size and the fixing method — dimensions and hook / edge configuration are confirmed against the screen you are replacing.

What to tell us about your equipment →

02 / QUALITY & INSPECTION

How is quality checked?

Wire diameter, aperture and dimensions are included in production inspection. Material certificates are available where applicable, and third-party inspection can be arranged on request.

See the quality control process →

03 / LEAD TIME & TERMS

What is the timing and commercial basis?

Stock items may be available in 1–2 days, custom orders normally 7–10 working days, large-volume orders 12–18 working days. Trade terms EXW / FOB / CFR / CIF, 30% deposit / 70% balance; samples and trial orders supported.

What the specification means for you

From Production Feature to Purchasing Benefit

How each confirmed production feature translates into daily operation and purchasing control.

Production Feature Operational Benefit Purchasing Benefit
Manufactured from drawing, sample or existing specification Screen matches the existing deck and installation without re-engineering Lower ordering risk; the same specification can be reordered consistently
Wire diameter, aperture and dimensions included in production inspection Consistent particle size classification and fit on the screen deck Fewer rejected batches and less rework cost on arrival
65Mn spring steel, stainless steel and carbon steel options Screen material matched to wear and corrosion conditions Material chosen for the working condition instead of a one-size guess
Panels, rolls and custom hook / edge processing Screen arrives ready for the existing fixing method Less site modification and faster installation changeover
Wear-part product with repeat replacement supply Planned replacement cycles instead of emergency purchases Stable repeat supply from a confirmed specification record
Material options

Choosing Between 65Mn, Stainless and Carbon Steel

Different screening conditions create different wear and corrosion requirements. Here is how the three confirmed options are usually discussed — and what we confirm with you before production.

Material Typically discussed when What we confirm with you
65Mn Spring Steel Abrasive screening duty — crushed stone, ore and aggregate Wire diameter, aperture and weave pattern for the required cut size
Stainless Steel Conditions where corrosion resistance is required Wire diameter, aperture and the suitable stainless option for the operating environment
Carbon Steel General screening applications and cost-focused replacement supply Wire diameter, aperture and panel dimensions for your deck

How to choose — question 1

What are you screening, and how abrasive is it? Abrasive stone, ore and aggregate are the usual starting point for the 65Mn discussion.

How to choose — question 2

Are conditions wet, humid or corrosive? That is normally where stainless steel enters the conversation.

How to choose — question 3

What is the screen you are replacing made of? If it performed well, matching it is often the most direct route.

General guidance only — the suitable material is confirmed with you before production. Send your operating conditions or the specification of your existing screen and we will discuss the options.

Product & ordering FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering Screens

Practical answers for the specification stage. General purchasing questions are answered on the FAQ page.

Read the full FAQ →

Can you produce panels for a screen I already use?

Yes. Production can be based on a drawing, a sample or the specification of your existing screen. Key parameters are confirmed with you before production starts.

Which parameters do I need to send for an accurate quotation?

Material, wire diameter, aperture, width × length, opening type, hook or edge configuration and quantity are the most useful. Partial information is enough to start — the remaining parameters are clarified in the review.

Do you supply rolls as well as finished panels?

Yes. Rolls are supplied to your confirmed weave, aperture and wire diameter for cutting and edging in your own workshop; panels and hooked / edged screens are supplied ready for installation.

How do I know the screens will match my screen deck?

Dimensions, opening and edge configuration are confirmed against your drawing, sample or existing screen before production, and wire diameter, aperture and dimensions are included in the inspection during production.

Can I order a sample or trial quantity first?

Yes — samples and trial orders are supported, so evaluation comes before a bulk commitment. See the sample → trial → repeat supply path.
