Can you manufacture from an existing screen?

Yes. Production requirements can be reviewed from a drawing, a sample or your existing screen specification. This is the normal starting point for replacement supply.

Which parameters should I provide?

Material, wire diameter, aperture, width, length, opening type, hook or edge configuration and quantity are the most helpful starting points. If you do not have all of them, send what you have — the remaining parameters can be clarified from a sample or drawing.

Which materials are available?

Confirmed options include 65Mn spring steel, stainless steel and carbon steel. The suitable material is discussed according to the working condition — wear, corrosion and the material being screened.

Can I begin with a sample or trial order?

Samples and trial orders are supported. Urgent sample timing depends on the specification. Many buyers start with a sample or trial order to evaluate fit and quality before repeat orders.

What are the usual production lead times?

Stock items may be available in 1–2 days, custom orders normally require 7–10 working days, and large-volume orders normally require 12–18 working days. Final timing depends on specification and quantity.

What inspection support is available?

Material certificates and factory inspection are available. Third-party inspection can be arranged upon request. Wire diameter, aperture and dimensions are included in the production inspection process.

How are screens packed?

Standard packing is pallet + waterproof plastic film + strapping. Packing can be adjusted to the screen dimensions, quantity and transport requirements.

Which trade terms and payment arrangements do you work with?

Trade terms: EXW / FOB / CFR / CIF. Payment: 30% deposit / 70% balance. Specific arrangements for repeat orders can be discussed with our sales contact.

Do you hold stock of common specifications?

Common specifications may be in stock with 1–2 day availability. Custom specifications are produced to order. Ask about your required specification and we will confirm the current situation.

How long is a quotation valid?

Quotation validity is normally 7 days, subject to raw material price fluctuations.

Which markets do you already supply?

Current export markets include the USA, Canada, the Philippines, Mongolia and Russia — mainly for mining, quarry, aggregate, screening equipment and replacement parts buyers.

How the relationship develops

Sample → Trial Order → Repeat Supply

A low-risk path for evaluating a new screen supplier. You control how far each step goes before committing further.

Step 1 / Evaluate

Sample

Receive a sample produced to your specification. Check aperture, wire diameter, weave quality and edge configuration against your requirement.

Step 2 / Verify in operation

Trial Order

Place a small trial order for actual use on your screening equipment. Confirm fit, screening performance and packing condition on arrival.

Step 3 / Establish supply

Repeat Supply

Move to repeat orders from the confirmed specification record. Replacement screens become a planned purchase instead of an emergency.
